Role and responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solutioning:
- Collaborate with business users to gather analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Partner with the resource manager to prioritize backlog provide effort estimates and oversee project .
- Technical Advisory & Oversight:
- Serve as a bridge between business users and offshore/nearshore LCNC developers.
- Ensure developers move beyond task and understand problemsolving and solutioning methodologies.
- Stay engaged from ideation through delivery to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication & Demos:
- Conduct presentations and demos for Clevel executives and business users.
- Ensure clear and effective communication particularly with Spanish and Portuguesespeaking stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Computer science is a plus
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect background preferred
- Proven experience in LCNC development business process automation or Power Platform.
- Strong problemsolving and technical requirement translation skills
- Effective stakeholder management and backlog prioritization.
- Ability to lead solution discussions and oversee project .
The salary range for this role is US$90000 US$130000
