We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales in cybersecurity solutions for the BFSI and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills cybersecurity knowledge and a robust network offering a great opportunity for career growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers.
Stay updated on market trends competitor activity and industry dynamics.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
3 years in sales business development or a related field preferably in cybersecurity.
Understanding of cybersecurity trends and challenges in BFSI and enterprise sectors.
Established network within the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
Strong verbal and written communication capable of explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies particularly in preventing cyber attacks is a plus.
Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
Should be ready to travel to PAN India for events and sales meetings as well as to the Pune head office.
