Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Cardinal Title this role you will be instrumental in driving growth in our Maryland market by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with agents. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide exceptional service in the title industry.
This role is ideal for candidates with business development experience in the title industry in Maryland and the flexibility to travel to our Maryland offices including locations in Columbia Bowie and National Harbor.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling and networking with Agents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the real estate or title industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Familiarity with CRM highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
