Job Description
Join a reputable roofing contractor in West Palm Beach as a Roofing Estimator/Project Manager taking full ownership of projects from the first site visit to final job wrapup. This position is ideal for a handson professional with strong commercial roofing experience and a desire to manage the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Estimating
Conduct thorough site assessments and roof inspections
Prepare accurate estimates using The Edge software
Secure pricing from vendors and subcontractors
Present proposals to clients professionally
Support residential estimating (training available if needed)
Project Management
Create submittal packages and shop drawings
Draft purchase orders and track procurement
Attend preconstruction meetings
Prepare complete job folders for field teams
Deliver postproject cost analysis (estimated vs actual)
Requirements
Qualifications
3 years of commercial/flat roofing experience (TPO and modified bitumen required)
Familiarity with South Florida building codes
Proficiency in The Edge or similar estimating tools
Comfortable with both field and office responsibilities
Clean driving record
Must be local to West Palm Beach FL and available M F onsite
Benefits
Base salary: $80000 $100000
