Job Description
Location: Indiana 100 Remote / Telehealth) Job Type: FullTime (Direct Hire with Client) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Openings: Multiple Positions Available
Job Summary:
This is a fulltime directhire opportunity with a dynamic telehealthbased behavioral health organization. The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) will provide compassionate clientcentered care entirely via telehealth no inperson sessions required. The role includes conducting assessments providing therapy or supportive counseling and helping individuals navigate mental health life challenges and community resources.
Our client is looking for dedicated longterm team members who are passionate about growing with an innovative rapidly expanding organization focused on delivering accessible and highquality mental health care. This is not a contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment: Perform virtual psychosocial evaluations to assess mental health life circumstances and support systems.
Supportive Counseling & Therapy: Provide therapy or shortterm counseling interventions via HIPAAcompliant telehealth platforms.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish clear actionable treatment goals that reflect their individual needs and strengths.
Care Coordination: Assist clients in navigating healthcare mental health services housing and other social service systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of all services provided within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with physicians therapists case managers and other providers to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Crisis Support: Provide immediate virtual support in urgent situations ensuring client safety and connecting them with appropriate resources.
Community Resource Referral: Link clients with social service providers such as food banks shelters transportation and legal aid when applicable.
Requirements:
Licensure (Required): Active and unencumbered LSW license in Indiana
Preferred: Dual licensure in both Indiana and Florida
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited institution
Experience: Previous experience providing mental health or case management services preferred
Certifications: CPR certification required; additional certifications in mental health or traumainformed care are a plus
Skills:
Strong clinical judgment and case management skills
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities in a remote setting
Proficiency with electronic documentation and telehealth platforms
Compassionate resourceful and culturally responsive approach to care
