An excellent opportunity for an Estimating Manager to join a market leading global company based in their Newry site. You will be responsible for leading the estimating department optimising the departments functionality.

The Role
- Oversee the preparation of tenders
- Prepare tenders and estimates
- Subcontractor and supplier pricing analysis and benchmarking
- Onsite surveys and prepare scope of work
- Prepare reports as required
- Liaised with director to understand business priorities
- Analyse company data recommending areas of improvement
- Manage people aspects for both direct and indirect reports within the team
The Person
- 5 years experience in a similar role ideally within the construction sector
- Experience using Conquest software
- Experience working on multiple tenders
