Associate Manager Creative Operations
Remote (Washington State)
6 months contract (possible extension or conversion)
$4247/ hour

The Associate Manager will assist in developing and executing marketing plans and programs for promotions brand initiatives and categories.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of release management best practices across digital channels. They should have at least four years of experience in product or brand management and project management.
Associate Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and programs for promotions brand initiatives and categories.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Ensure data quality and contribute to delivering exceptional digital experiencesfor customers.
- Apply release management principles and best practices to optimize digital processes.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to data quality and delivering exceptional digital experiences for customers.
- Possess deep knowledge of release management principles and best practices.
- Effectively manage projects in a fastpaced remote work environment.
- Oversee daily workload in Jira participate in standups and engage in crossteam meetings.
- Lead release management functions within the team.
- Work crossfunctionally with 40 partners facilitating meetings and maintaining the project dashboard.
- Coordinate updates across crossfunctional teams.
- Conduct Promo Release Retros postlaunch and implement action items from retrospective meetings.
- Organize biweekly checkins and followups.
- Support leadership communication by preparing and reviewing decks before and after launches.
Associate Manager Qualifications:
- 4 years of release management experience Managing and optimizing release processes.
- 4 years of data analysis experience Interpreting data to drive informed decisions.
- 2 years of experience communicating with senior leadership Presenting insights and recommendations effectively.
- 2 years of experience leading crossfunctional teams Driving collaboration and project .
- Excellent communication skills Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail Ensuring accuracy in data strategy and .
