Job Description

The Opportunity

Were looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing UniDrive Conveyor Technologies Products team! This is a highimpact remote role with flexible work hoursideal for a resultsdriven technically minded sales professional who thrives in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.

While this position offers the benefit of remote work the candidate must be able to travel as needed to our Milwaukee headquarters attend industry trade shows and visit customer sites. Regular travel (approximately 2530 is expected to support key business initiatives and relationshipbuilding efforts.

What Youll Do

  • Identify and engage new prospects through research networking and outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Build and nurture longterm customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Representing our products at trade shows and industry events
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot etc.

What You Bring

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field
  • 3 years of technical sales experience (manufacturing EMS or material handling preferred)
  • Strong mechanical or electrical knowledge preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication organization and negotiation skills
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel for business needs
    • This position requires workrelated travel. Must have the ability to meet transportation needs for business purposes. A valid drivers license passport (if required) and the ability to rent a car are required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

  • Midwestbased candidates are preferred for proximity to our Milwaukee HQ
  • Onboarding may require 12 weeks/month in Milwaukee
