Sales Negotiator - Grays Essex
Position: Experienced Sales Negotiator Location: Grays Essex Salary: 25000 per annum (Base Salary) / 40000 OTE Requirements: Full UK Driving License Own Car Essential
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency in Grays Essex. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in property sales and negotiations looking to take the next step by starting to value properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and negotiations to secure sales.

Assist in providing accurate property valuations.
-
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
-
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
-
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate property information.

Proactively seek new business and sales opportunities.

Provide an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Ideal Candidate:
-
At least 2 years of experience in a sales negotiation role within the property sector.

Strong understanding of the local property market in Grays and surrounding areas.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated and target-driven.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and evolve into a role that includes property valuations.

Must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car.
