We are expanding in Australia and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is skilled in lead generation and prospecting. This role is ideal for someone with experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead gen tools/ platforms along with a strong background in IT Solutions and Services B2B Recruitment and Staffing services lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Hunter etc to identify potential clients.
  • Research and build lists of target companies and decision-makers in Australia.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold emails LinkedIn outreach and calls.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on HR recruitment and staffing trends in the target markets.

What Were Looking For:

  • 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
  • Experience working with recruitment and IT Services companies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • A track record of:
    • Generating 50 qualified leads/month
    • Achieving 20% meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates
    • Building targeted lists using firmographic/technographic data.
  • Cold-calling chops and the ability to handle objections with confidence.
  • Ownership mindset: Youre self-driven thrive remotely and love hitting (and crushing) quotas.

Must have:

  • Your own functional laptop.
