Maintenance Team
Do you enjoy working with your hands to diagnose and correct mechanical issues Our facilities team is responsible to maintain our club buildings and equipment in effort to minimize downtime and preserve a positive member experience. Team members are results oriented with a commitment to quality. They are self motivated reliable eager to accept responsibility and have strong organization and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance submissions and work with the Facilities Director to complete projects and tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Handle interior and exterior building repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
- Repair machines equipment or structures as necessary or coordinate with contractors
- Work as a part of a small supportive team where you are expected to be selforganized with time materials task management and problem solving.
Requirements- Able and eager to learn new skills and/or technology that can improve our operation.
- General maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with carpentry plumbing electrical or HVAC preferred.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for basic computer skills and the ability to use common and/or club specific software.
- Skilled in the use of hand and small power tools.
- Ability to take apart machines equipment or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to check blueprints repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers hoists saws drills and wrenches.
- Ability to climb ladders lift and bend and carry tools materials and equipment.
