Specific responsibilities include (but are notlimited to):
LearningCompanys underlying business processes and assisting senior team members withhighlevel product and developing a fundamental understanding of therespective research practice.
Fulfillingtimesensitive research requests delegated by senior team members on behalf of their clients by analyzing client requests and building and qualifying primarypopulations of topic experts.
Assistingsenior team members with highlevel service fulfillment by managing premiumproducts including Market and Custom Surveys Education Seminars Roundtableluncheons Custom Research Trips and virtual events.
Developa working knowledge of the areas core industries to improve project andproduct service quality.
Requirements
An ideal candidate will have the following:
Priorexperience in B2B/Corporate client management.
Superiorcommunication and interaction skills including demonstrated oral written andpresentation abilities in a businessfocused setting using a variety ofcommunication channels (telephone email inperson etc)
Demonstratedentrepreneurial/leadership skills.
ExperienceInteracting with Clevel people Top Management senior executives etc.
Abilityto work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
Generalknowledge of European/Asian cultures awareness of European/Asian businesspractices.
