The University of Southern Maine is seeking candidates for Lead Facilities Maintenance Worker CL2 in our Custodial Services department. This position is core to USMs ability to deliver an exceptional and affordable educational experience to students in Maine and across the country and an opportunity for you to advance your education with our tuition waiver program!
Work Schedule & Location: Full time 40 hours per week). We have positions available on both the USM Portland and Gorham campuses with various schedules including day evening and overnight shifts. Specific location and schedule needs will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay and Benefits: Pay is $21.99 per hour $0.80 per hour shift differential for shifts the majority of which fall between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m..
