Were looking for a selfmotivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technical Lead to join our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. The RPA Technical Lead will be a critical part of our growing business where we are continually striving to automate our customer operations. This individual will be interfacing with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of the RPA. The RPA Technical Lead will be responsible for analyzing business processes design and identifying/implementing automation solutions as well as guiding the Business teams and RPA development teams.

Role and Responsibilities

TEAM LEAD

Act as a liaison between customers and the development team using advanced communication skills to elicit document analyze and validate customer requirements.

Using provided business requirements architect and design robotic automation solutions using RPA tools Automation Anywhere

Diagram and document the automation solutions in a detailed and wellorganized manner in Solution Design and Technical Design documents

Ensure development teams clearly understand the design and are able to understand the Agile development methodology to deliver the solution for cloud/on prem Attended Unattended Hybrid bots

Act as technical SME in Automation Anywhere to client

Coordinate with clients cross functional teams InfoSec Infrastructure Enterprise Architecture Deployments Audit & control

Mentor stafflevel developers on coding best practices and serve as a technical escalation point during development.

Lead code reviews providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality

Design develop and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements.

Design and implement helper elements to improve automation performance and reuse (e.g. runtime configurations / settings).

Complete thorough testing of automation in training/production environments.

Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

Work with US and international business analysts and automation development teams in solution design of automation architecture.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define industryleading analytics solutions for a wide variety of industries and business groups.

Research and evaluate potential technology solutions to meet business needs.

Bring thought leadership and ensure best practices and standards of analytics solutions.

Conduct and lead whiteboarding sessions workshops design sessions and project meetings as needed playing a key role in client relations.

Create whitepapers & thought leadership content

Develop proofofconcepts and demos needed for client & internal presentations

Collect and understand the business requirements during the discovery phase using the requirements gathering techniques such as workshops interviews etc.

Analyze user requirements using the standard analysis methodologies and translate it into proper software requirements specifications using highmaturity methods processes and tools.

Prepare business requirements document (BRD) prepare software requirements specifications document (SRS) and user interface guides (Mockups & Wireframes) for the reference of end users.

Drawing Business Processes flow charts state diagrams and Activity diagrams.

Prepare test cases test scenarios and end user manuals.

Maintain the traceability between requirements specifications and test cases.

Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes.

Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.

Maintain excellent knowledge about the product features and latest updates.

Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.

Will be responsible to follow directions from the Line Manager and lead the regional team to follow the projects timelines.

Demonstrate Team building and leadership skills and ability to engage with all levels of employees

training & BUSINESS ANALYST

As an Automation Anywhere (RPA) Tech Lead you will be responsible for turning Business and IT requirements into Automation Anywhere solutions design automations clearly defining the systems interfaces data and infrastructure of each process automation.

Plan execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

Proven experience in Automation Anywhere (RPA) Business Process automation (BPM) projects as a Solutions Architect or Technical lead.

Proven technical leadership of developers to meet project deliverables.

Experienced in owning and solving automation issues during the development and delivery cycle.

Experience standing up enterprise scale RPA environments in line with Automation Anywhere best practice and design standards.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

PRESALES

Work with sales team to demo and present RPA solution to prospects

Conduct POCs for SQ1 prospects

Conduct oneone or group workshops for customers and prospect

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related degreepreferred
  
• Proven experience as Technical Lead in Automation Anywhere for 4 years
  
• Over all IT development experience for 8 years
  
• Solution Architect Certification in Automation Anywhere
  
• Experience with design and development of RPA automations using Automation Anywhere in a larger organization.
  
• Excellent communication skills including ability to write concise technical docs and present ideas.
  
• A passion for automation software design with a talent for independently solving complex technical problems with Automation Anywhere.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with international teams supporting automation development
  
• Experience and working knowledge in programming languages i.e. Python Java .Net APIs SQL etc.
  
• Exceptional analytical conceptual and problemsolving abilities.
  

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Working experience in Automation Anywhere A2019/A360
  
• Experience with Cloud Platforms and Services such as AWS GCP Azure etc.
  
• Excellent planning organizational and time management skills.
