Job Summary:
The Support Technician position is responsible for support of all incoming requests to the helpdesk via phone email and walk up. Addresses all incidents according to service level agreements through the service desk system.
This position is located at our corporate office in Southfield MI and requires a presence in the office 4 days a week with 1 remote day.
