Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Masters of Engineering in Computer Science
As an Lead ABAP Developer you are responsible for designing developing and optimizing ABAPbased solutions in SAP. You provide technical leadership ensure coding best practices integrate with modern SAP technologies like Fiori/UI5 and collaborate with functional teams to deliver highquality solutions. You also mentor junior developers and support system upgrades and performance tuning.
MustHave Skills:
Design develop and optimize ABAP programs reports interfaces conversions enhancements and forms (RICEF objects).
Provide technical leadership in ABAP development ensuring best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain custom enhancements BADIs BAPIs and user exits.
Optimize SAP performance by analyzing and tuning ABAP code database queries and workflows.
Integrate ABAP with SAP Fiori/UI5 OData services and CDS views for modern SAP applications.
Manage SAP system upgrades migrations and S/4HANA conversions ensuring smooth transitions.
Perform code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to resolve system issues.
Work with SAP modules like FI/CO MM SD PP and HR to build crossfunctional solutions.
Ensure adherence to SAP security and authorization best practices in development.
Lead and mentor junior ABAP developers providing guidance and training.
Collaborate with Basis teams for system performance tuning and technical troubleshooting.
Document technical specifications test cases and development guidelines.
