About the Role
We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist to join our growing team in Pozna! This is a great opportunity for someone at the junior or midlevel eager to develop in a dynamic environment.
At the beginning your main focus will be on hardwarerelated tasks including maintenance inventory management and troubleshooting. Over time your responsibilities will gradually expand to include software support procurement budgeting and contract management allowing you to develop a broad skill set in IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Hardware & Technical Support (Initial Focus)
- Maintain and manage the Freshservice system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across macOS iOS Android and Windows.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Keep accurate records of IT equipment inventory manage deliveries and shipments.
- Handle hardware maintenance repairs upgrades and retirements.
- Report on inventory status and future equipment needs.
- Support the resale of equipment to internal stakeholders and resellers.
Future Growth Areas (Additional Responsibilities Over Time)
- Software Support: Assist employees with tools like GitHub Jira Atlassian and Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Procurement: Manage purchase orders and the software procurement cycle.
- Budget Management: Monitor IT expenses and optimize costs.
- Contract Management: Handle vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance and senior management on ITrelated decisions.
- Documentation: Develop and update internal guides and manuals.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Technical education (IT Electronic Business or related field) technical high school diploma is sufficient.
- Previous experience in IT hardware support (e.g. IT Specialist IT Technician or Technical Support role).
MustHaves:
- Based in Pozna or nearby this is an officebased role.
- Handson experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
- English at a minimum B2 level.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges over time.
- Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
Nice to have (Not Required but a Plus!
- Experience with software support (Jira G Suite Atlassian etc..
- Knowledge of IT procurement and budgeting.
