Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support in a retail environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle transactions accurately will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional IT Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support managing helpdesk resources and coordinating technician schedules. Additional responsibilities will include inventory management and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers regarding products and services.
  • Helpdesk Resource Management:
  • Assign and prioritize helpdesk resources to effectively address customer issues and requests.
  • Monitor helpdesk ticket status and ensure timely resolution of problems.
  • Scheduling Technicians:
  • Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls and maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate with technicians regarding their schedules and any changes or updates.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies.
  • Assist in the ordering and replenishment of inventory as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
  • Fleet Management:
  • Track and manage company vehicles ensuring proper maintenance and usage.
  • Coordinate vehicle scheduling for technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Background in IT and resource scheduling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems helpdesk software and inventory management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service helpdesk or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Be able to lift 75lbs
