Were on the hunt for a Sales Capability Partner to join our talented Sales Communications & Capability Team. You will be responsible for designing implementing and managing learning programs that enhance the sales capabilities of the Lion Sales team. You will help ensure that the Sales team possesses the necessary skills knowledge and behaviours to drive revenue growth customer engagement and competitive advantage in the market. You will have access to cuttingedge digital technologies to support you deliver great outcomes for the business.

This role will be based at our York Street Office in the Sydney CBD and reports into our Sales Solutions & Capability Leader. The role is hybrid which means you will have flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

What does a day in the life look like

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and the People & Culture team to prioritise learning needs based on business goals and market trends.

Sales Capability Learning Development

  • Partner with subject matter experts to create customised training content for different sales roles and market segments.
  • Implement structured coaching and mentoring programs for Field Sales teams Key Account Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Support frontline managers in developing their coaching capabilities to reinforce learning.
  • Conduct postlearning evaluations feedback sessions and refresher courses to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Utilise data analytics and reports to track learning progress and return on investment of capability development initiatives.

Continuous Learning Culture

  • Drive a culture of continuous learning within the Sales team promoting knowledgesharing and selfdevelopment.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry sales trends consumer behaviour insights and learning methodologies to ensure cuttingedge learning solutions.


What are we looking for

  • Proficiency in learning design instructional methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication collaboration coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment where you can drive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
  • Experience analysing business needs crafting solutions and designing impactful mediumtolarge scale programs.
  • Experience working in Sales capability design in a fastmoving consumer goods company.
