Were on the hunt for a Sales Capability Partner to join our talented Sales Communications & Capability Team. You will be responsible for designing implementing and managing learning programs that enhance the sales capabilities of the Lion Sales team. You will help ensure that the Sales team possesses the necessary skills knowledge and behaviours to drive revenue growth customer engagement and competitive advantage in the market. You will have access to cuttingedge digital technologies to support you deliver great outcomes for the business.
This role will be based at our York Street Office in the Sydney CBD and reports into our Sales Solutions & Capability Leader. The role is hybrid which means you will have flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
