IT Business Partner (m/f/d)

In close cooperation with our partner a globally leading company in the field of green energy (4000 employees worldwide) we are looking for you as an IT Business Partner (m/f/d) with focus on corporate functions such as Finance / HR / Legal. Our partner stands for innovation responsibility and genuine change with the clear goal of reducing emissions and sustainably meeting the increasing global energy demand.

Tasks

• You work closely with the corporate functions (Finance Legal HR etc.) and act as the primary point of contact to ensure business requirements are understood critically assessed and translated into sustainable IT solutions
• You continuously optimize IT systems such as Oracle Workday or Tableau to increase efficiency standardization and output without compromising on quality
• You independently manage IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle including planning alignment with departments risk management and communication
• You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as international service providers
• You actively support change processes and ensure acceptance and implementation with intercultural sensitivity

Requirements

• You have solid experience working with finance teams to optimize digital processes and applications ideally complemented by insights into HR Legal or Sales
• You quickly grasp business needs think analytically and develop targeted solutions that create real business value
• You bring proven experience in project and change management even in fast-paced international environments
• You communicate confidently and professionally in business English and ideally have German skills to navigate effectively in an international work setting
• You act independently understand complex contexts quickly and have a strong sense for different stakeholders and their needs
