Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben
Office & Admin
- Du managst Tools Subscriptions und alles rund ums Bro remote aber mit berblick
- Du pflegst unsere Inventar und Materiallisten und sorgst dafr dass nichts fehlt
- Du bist da wenns brennt und hltst uns mit AdhocSupport den Rcken frei
HR & People Ops
- Du erstellst Vertrge pflegst Personaldaten (in Personio) und steuerst On/Offboardings
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle fr unser Team bei Policies Dokumenten & Co.
- Du bringst neue Ideen ein wie wir HR noch schlanker & smarter machen
- Recruiting Auch da hilfst du mit: Ausschreibungen BewerbungsScreening Interviewplanung
Finance
- Du schreibst Ausgangsrechnungen und verwaltest alle Eingangsbelege
- Du bereitest unsere Buchhaltung vor strukturiert zuverlssig ready frs Steuerbro
Your profile
Was du mitbringst
- Erfahrung in HR Office oder Admin ob Startup oder Mittelstand
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1 in Wort & Schrift gutes Englisch fr Tools & Team
- Struktur Selbststndigkeit und der Anspruch Dinge gut zu machen nicht nur fertig
- Du kennst Tools wie Google Workspace Excel Personio oder arbeitest dich schnell ein
- Lust auf ein Umfeld in dem man mitdenkt gestaltet und Verantwortung bernimmt
