Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Director of Sales Operations Corporate for a client in Southern California.
The Work:
Work with company sales and marketing teams to optimize hotel performance
Train and provide the tools to property level sales teams.
Responsible for creating and deploying sales related strategies
Assisting with other internal corporate projects as needed

What youve already done (requirements):
Minimum 6 years experience as a hotel Director of Sales Operations
Career of increasing levels of leadership responsibility with branded and independent hotels
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
