Job Responsibilities for reference
- Curriculum Development and Implementation:
- Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate lessons and activities.
- Utilize various teaching methods including storytelling games art music and movement.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children.
- Foster creativity and expression through various activities.
- Creating a Positive Learning Environment:
- Establish a safe nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage exploration discovery and social interaction among children.
- Promote positive relationships with children and parents.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Child Development and Observation:
- Observe and assess childrens progress and development.
- Identify and address any developmental delays or behavioral issues.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their childs progress and development.
- Support children in developing social and emotional skills.
- Classroom Management:
- Manage classroom activities including lessons play breaks and meals.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to implement curriculum and activities.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
