Highly Engage: Support the Program Director with daytoday business operations commercial financial and performance management of our contracts.
Influence Growth: Get involved in all aspects of tender and project delivery with opportunities to influence longterm growth and development.
Dynamic Environment: Work closely with project delivery teams and SMEs identifying commercial risks and drafting suitable qualifications.
Negotiation Power: Close commercial negotiations with clients and govern contract .
HandsOn Experience: Review subcontractor quotes prepare subcontracts and align head contract conditions.
Supportive Role: Provide guidance in submission of payment claims variations EOTs contract correspondence and administration.
Dispute Resolution: Assist in dispute matters working with the Commercial Director and legal advisors.
What Youll Bring:
Qualifications: Formal qualifications in Contract/Construction Management Engineering Quantity Surveying or Law are desirable or 10 years experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator.
Operational Experience: Bring real tangible advice and learnings to the project delivery teams and apply your knowledge to practical solutions.
Commercial Insight: Exposure to commercial and legal issues impacting business and project delivery.
Autonomous Management: Demonstrated experience in autonomous management of the contract lifecycle.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial reporting skills and the ability to analyse financial information.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients and stakeholders.
