As an Associate Director Creative youll lead a team who develops compelling and strategic campaign concepts that increase brand awareness and drive sales. Youll be motivated to create impactful storytelling that aligns with strategic business objectives.
About the Role
- Oversee the development and of creative concepts and campaigns ensuring they align with the clients brand and marketing goals
- Work closely with copywriters designers strategists and other team members to develop integrated creative solutions that meet project objectives
- Guide the creative team through all stages of project development from brainstorming and conceptualization to final offering constructive feedback and ensuring highquality deliverables
- Engage with clients to understand their needs present creative concepts and gather feedback ensuring their vision is effectively translated into compelling creative work
- Support the growth and development of junior creatives providing mentorship training and opportunities to enhance their skills and contribute to the teams success
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of design or copywriting experience with a broad range of expertise in print digital video social and broadcast
- Bachelors degree in design art direction advertising or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Project Management Systems and Digital Asset Management Systems
- Knowledge of the production process through all stages
- Integrated campaign experience
- Familiarity with brand identity guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and innovative concepts
