Job Description

At Versent were looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Strategic Engagement Lead to drive the growth and expansion of our Digital portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in consultative engagement and digital strategy while showcasing Versents highperformance capability in some of our largest and most strategic customers.

In this pivotal role youll focus on developing new/existing customer opportunities and you will also lead and develop the Digital Strategic Engagement Principals within our Advisory team shaping both their capabilities and driving excellence through our processes with particular focus on solicited and strategic opportunities.

As a Digital consulting thought leader youll stay at the forefront of emerging technology and consulting trends sharing valuable insights within Versent and with the broader market. Youll lead strategic planning and solution development for clients offering expert guidance to our customers.

On a day to day

  • Lead a team to successfully meet and exceed growth targets within the Digital Practice

  • Spearheading the development of growth opportunities with key strategic customers driving capability leadership.

  • Lead and guide consultants and clients by providing clear direction on technology solutions in close collaboration with Technology Principals as a cross functional team.

  • Drive the development of customerfocused capabilities translating outcomes into commercial documents (Statements of Work RFPs Bids and Tenders) with success measured by sales performance. This includes overseeing the creation of scope deliverables acceptance criteria requirements assumptions dependencies outofscope items and proposed team roles in Statements of Work.

  • Collaborate with the growth team to identify opportunities with existing and new customers

  • Act as a trusted consulting and technology partner during the sales process supporting the Director (Professional Services) and Client Account Directors to build customer confidence in Versents technical expertise.

  • Provide clients with clear technology guidance in collaboration with Technology Principals.

  • Define customer outcomes and translate them into clear commercial documents (SOWs RFPs bids) including scope deliverables acceptance criteria assumptions and team roles.

  • Lead strategic highquality RFx responses to achieve industryleading success rates.

  • Facilitate strategic discovery workshops to influence client discussions and demonstrate pathways to business outcomes and recommend solutions

  • Lead and mentor a team of Digital strategy & Growth Principals / Directors

  • Fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture. Ensuring the team is efficiently utilised

Key skills required:

  • Proven track record in a similar role with expertise in Technology Transformation projects and Consulting.

  • 5 years leading small to medium sized high performing teams

  • Experience developing and growing a high performance consulting presales team with a passion for growth and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent client engagement experience with a consultative approach and strong communication abilities.

  • Ability to priortise customer needs and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and productivity consistently meeting project goals with a systematic approach.

  • Demonstrate credibility by earning trust securing alignment and influencing others through persuasion and negotiation.

  • Demonstrated experience advising clients across various domains on complex strategic challenges emphasizing sustainable business practices.

  • Exceptional analytical abilities with experience translating complex data into strategic actionable insights and make sound evidencebased decisions.
