Were seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Lead to own our digital presence and drive online growth. This role will oversee end-to-end ecommerce and marketing efforts including ownership of our Amazon and eBay channels coordinating with external vendors creating mixed media content (blog newsletter photo video) and executing campaigns that build brand visibility and drive sales. The ideal candidate combines a strong grasp of digital marketing and content creation with ecommerce know-howincluding fluency in Amazon execution best practicesand thrives in a cross-functional results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Oversight & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact with our Magento vendor ensuring site operations performance SEO and improvements are on track
- Coordinate internal priorities (e.g. product launches merchandising strategies promotions) and ensure clear execution via vendor handoff.
- Monitor vendor progress to ensure tasks are being tracked communicated clearly and aligned with company needs by leading vendor meetings.
- Own Amazon and eBay strategy and execution ensuring alignment with internal priorities and smooth coordination with vendors.
Campaign Management & Marketing Execution
- Drive digital campaigns across email web and social that align with brand goals and seasonal calendars.
- Lead promotion planning from concept to rollout to boost revenue and customer engagement.
- Create a customer segmentation strategy and implement across all content channels.
Email Marketing
- Create content and send segmented campaigns using a marketing automation platform including automated journeys A/B testing and dynamic content strategies.
Content & Messaging
- Write and manage SEO-aligned web content including product pages landing pages and blog posts.
- Oversee creative development for campaigns and promotions (graphics banners and supporting materials) in collaboration with internal teams.
Social Media Management
- Own content planning scheduling creation and engagement across social media platforms.
- Ensure brand tone and consistency across all channels.
Marketplace Management
- Oversee Amazon and eBay listings to ensure product accuracy category relevance and competitive positioning.
- Ensure listings are accurate up-to-date and optimized for performance including category relevance SEO and conversion
Leverage platform-specific best practices to improve product visibility ratings and discoverability
Identify gaps and opportunities in our Amazon/eBay strategy and propose improvements to grow this area of the business
Performance Analysis
- Track and report on key ecommerce and marketing KPIs; make informed recommendations to optimize performance.
Qualifications :
- Experience managing ecommerce marketing and content creation in a product-based e-commerce business.
- Experience owning Amazon Seller Central and eBay platforms including execution compliance and growth track record executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns (blog email social) leading to revenue growth.
- Strong SEO familiarity with the ability to discuss and help choose strategies that boost visibility and traffic which lead to revenue growth.
- Experience managing external vendors developers and creative collaborators
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo Dotdigital or similar).
- Proficient in Google Ads Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives.
- Clear communicator with strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
