Job Overview
Job Overview
As a head of deployment you will be responsible for all aspects of deploying public and private charging site being involved from initial discussions with clients through commissioning.
- Work closely with business development and engineering teams to understand client requirements along with site constraints and business opportunities to validate site suitability.
- Manage all aspects of site construction propose and streamline technical solutions and deliver seamless processes.
- Actively contribute to the teams continuous improvement efforts including best practices coding standards and development processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
- Help build mentor and guide junior teammates to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex with a diverse set of vendors.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment.
- Prior experience in the construction and/or clean energy deployment is a plus.

Compensation
Gravity offers a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills expertise and contribution to the success of our company. The typical base pay range for this role is USD $140000 $240000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation.
