Painter/Prepper
Job Role
Our client is a well established manufacturer near Stamford. They are currently seeking a Skilled Painter/Prepper to join their dynamic team. If you take pride in highquality finishes have an eye for detail and work well in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepping surfaces for painting including sanding masking and priming
- Mixing and applying paint using spray guns or other methods
- Inspecting surfaces and finished jobs for quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Performing minor repairs as required
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter/prepper
- Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
- Ability to read job cards and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Knowledge of health & safety practices in a workshop environment
- A valid drivers license (preferred)
Hours of Work and Pay:
- 13.21/hour
- 7:30am 4:30pm Mon to Thurs.
- 7:30am 11:30pm Friday
- 38 hours per week.
- Free onsite parking
