Job Description
Our client is a pioneering tech firm based in Spain renowned for its commitment to innovation within the deep tech sector. They are currently seeking a dedicated individual with a robust academic background to bolster their team and spearhead their deep tech initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Development: Lead pivotal R&D projects in deep tech ensuring the company remains at the zenith of technological advancements.
- Collaboration: Liaise with international teams especially those in China to cultivate collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Market Analysis: Scrutinize the Chinese and Spanish deep tech landscapes to pinpoint opportunities and challenges tailoring solutions to cater to specific market demands.
- Communication: Serve as a linchpin between the Spanish and Chinese contingents ensuring lucid communication and comprehension of intricate technical concepts.
- Mentorship: Impart expertise and knowledge in deep tech to junior team members guiding them towards excellence.
Requirements
- A PhD in a field pertinent to deep technology.
- Native fluency in Chinese coupled with proficiency in Spanish and/or English.
- Demonstrable experience in R&D within the deep tech domain.
- Acute analytical and problemsolving prowess.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal faculties.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced setting.
