At minds assembly the engine of our business is commercial invention. The original conception of our agency (which has since been realized) was that of a happy workshop a place where the mind and hands are free to construct brilliant new things for our clients. About the role:
The Lead Writer is a strong brand lead with a meticulous eye for detail. They can zoom out and see the big picture while still sweating the small stuff ensuring consistency across all communications. Serving as the goto expert for brand rules guidelines and content (including data) they confidently lead daytoday and actively participate in MLR. They consistently deliver creative work that not only adheres to but also elevates brand guidelines as they bring fresh perspectives and unexpected thinking to creative challenges.
