JobSummary

The Integration Lead Enterprise Accountsplays a pivotal role in CareerWises National Enterprise strategy by embedding within a leading enterprise employer to oversee and optimize the implementation of youth apprenticeship programs. This role is distinct from traditional account management positions as it involves fully integrating into the companys internal operations working alongside key stakeholders and ensuring seamless program .

This role will be onsite at the employers offices 3 to 4 days a week working within employee systemsandservingasakeymemberoftheinternalapprenticeshipprogrammanagementteam. Additionally this role will collaborate with CareerWises flagship and affiliate partners to align apprenticeship programs with local market needs.

The first client assignment for this role will be with a major tech enterprise executing multiyear pilot programs at its NYC and Arlington headquarters. The success of this program is expected to catalyze broader adoption of youth apprenticeships across the tech sector nationwide. Upon successfulimplementationtheIntegrationLeadwillhavetheopportunitytoexpandsimilarprograms with other tech enterprise clients.

WhatYoullBeDoing:


Onsite Program Support

  1. Leadprogramexecutionattheemployersofficesensuringalignmentwith CareerWises apprenticeship model.
  2. SupportclientonboardingaligningemployerworkflowswithCareerWiseprogram requirements.
  3. Facilitateapprenticehiringprocessesincludingsupervisorselectiononboardingand training.
  4. Providecontinuoussupporttosupervisorsandapprenticestoensureahighquality experience.
  5. Monitorapprenticeperformancethroughbiannualevaluationsandfeedback mechanisms.
  6. Ensure timely access to apprentice data for employer stakeholders including supervisors and leadership
  7. Design standardize and improve operational processes for scalability and efficiency.
  8. Address programmatic challenges and implement solutions in collaboration with CareerWise flagship and affiliate partners.

Strategy & Vision Setting

    1. Partner with enterprise employers and local intermediaries to integrate apprenticeship programs into talent acquisition and development strategies.
    2. Developandimplementscalableworkflowsandstructuresusingchangemanagement best practices.
    3. Overseemultiyearservicedeliverymodelstoensureoperationalintegrityandquality assurance.
    4. Act as a key liaison between employer partners and internal CareerWise teams to ensure seamless program .
    5. Ensure alignment with national and local youth apprenticeship standards
    6. Manage highimpact partnerships with enterprise employers ensuring strong return on investment and longterm sustainability.
    7. Influence and cultivate new internal champions within the organization through effective communication compelling presentations and strategic engagement.
    8. Develop and present partnership proposals pitches and other engagement materials to build enthusiasm and advocacy for youth apprenticeship programs.
    9. Ensure a highquality employer experience by proactively addressing concerns providing insights and fostering engagement at all levels.

Additional proficiencies:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in program implementation operations or talent management.

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management client success metrics and employer engagement strategies.

  • Ability to leverage HR systems and talent analytics tools to track and measure program success.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with experience in developing proposals and stakeholder reports.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a corporate or workforce development setting.

  • Strong track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Experience working in fastpaced evolving environments with crossfunctional teams.

  • Background in HR workforce development education or corporate training is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).

  • Comfort with change and ambiguity

  • Ability to understand and interpret the multiple complexities of the evolving youth apprenticeship movement

Location New York NY with an expectation of 3 to 4 days per week onsite at the enterprise employers offices. Additionally CareerWise staff may be required to attend inperson gatherings (approximately 13 times per year). Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances.

Compensation:

Thestartingsalaryrangeforthisroleis:$90000$120000annually;thisroleisnotcoveredbythe minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA.
