Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

Were hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support our corporate functions and help shape how we bring the very best talent into Stryker. This is an individual contributor role with big scope. Youll work closely with leaders across HR Finance Legal Compliance Data & Analytics IT Regulatory Affairs the PMO and more.

Youll be more than just a recruiteryoull be a trusted advisor who leads conversations influences outcomes challenges assumptions and builds strategies that drive real impact.

Were open to people with experience in internal or agency recruitment. However to thrive in this role you must:

  • Thrive on finding toptier talent not just filling roles

  • Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and become a trusted advisor confidently leading conversations even with senior stakeholders

  • Help stakeholders stay focused on what matters mostby probing for clarity managing expectations and setting clear priorities

  • Bring data insight and fresh thinking into every conversationyou stay curious not reactive

  • Think strategically to avoid getting stuck in highvolume screening. If you dont prioritise and zoom out youll burn outso strategic thinking isnt optional here

  • Own your workload and love being busy but dont get stuck in the weedsyoure here to add value not just take job orders

  • Be open collaborative and committed to lifting the bar across the team. You ask questions share what works and bring others with you
