Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior AI Designer to join the development of a new IP.
Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highlyskilled developers to build something innovative exhilarating and expansively entertaining!
As a member of the gameplay department youll design and implement a variety of nonplayer characters to bring life to the games world.
As a member of the project youll help take the studio and our game from great to even betterwith a focus on inclusivity mutual respect (for ourselves and our players) thoughtfulness empathy professionalism and collaboration.
Youll help us by
Taking the ownership over design of combat and noncombat NPC and their behaviors
Implementing the AI using behavior trees
Understanding of animation requirements and dependencies
Working with an inhouse scripting language
Collaborating with specialists from multiple disciplines
Youre awesome because you have
At least 3 years of professional game industry experience
Experience with visual and objectoriented scripting
Experience with taking custody over characters animation graphs
The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team
Creativity in problem solving and a positive respectful teamfirst attitude
Organization methods and the capability to meet deadlines
Comfort with selfcritique and accepting outside feedback
A habit of regularly playing and understanding modern video games
Bonus points for
From start to finish participating in development of a AAA project at gameplay design or AI design position
Experience working with more than one development engine
Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
