If youre driven by results and passionate about helping others this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and researching potential customers in the target market through channels such as cold calling outbound prospecting and social media.
Engaging with leads to understand their needs and determine how our offerings can provide value.
Initiating contact through personalized communication strategies via phone email and social platforms.
Building trust and developing relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
Upselling and crossselling to existing clients contributing to longterm partnerships and growth.
At least one year of sales or business development experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
Proven ability to connect with prospects build rapport and communicate value effectively across multiple channels.
A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with sales teams or stakeholders.
Confidence using sales tools and CRM platforms.
A customerfocused approach to identifying needs and presenting solutions.

In this role youll report to a Team Lead or Sales Manager and play an essential part in initiating relationships with prospective customers and contributing to the overall sales cycle.
