Job Description

We are looking for an HR Head for Global Shared Services. This role is both strategic and operational and will work closely with the Head of Global People & Culture the Global Process Owners and various Global Process Professionals in their respective process expertise within the Human Experience Management department.
  • Will serve as the Companys face to the customer of P&C Services
  • Will be the key resource of Company related to P&C topics able to build relationships with key customers (ex: P&C managers and managing directors of subsidiaries global contacts etc. and give expert advice and support on what services are potential transition projects.
  • This person must have a clear understanding of what the industry standard services are but can take into consideration the Companys context in order to help give advice on what makes sense to transfer/not to the Shared Services
  • Partner up with our colleagues in the Headquarters and various subsidiaries to apply the best approach for the transfers.
  • Ensure that the Companys P&C Services delivery operations meets the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Key Process Indicators (KPIs) internal and external regulatory requirements in an efficient qualitydriven manner using his/her industry HR Shared Services background.
  • This person should possess sound technical as well as management skills and be able to lead different P&C service delivery teams (ex: service teams covering the employee lifecyclerelated processes) that are existing and yet to be developed in the future.
  • This person is expected to have a firm grasp of industry trends and is expected to implement improvement projects that are geared towards quality compliance and efficiency in P&C shared services. This person often plays a key role in implementing enterprisewide best practices in order to identify and manage all financial and business risks and to meet the organization s desired business and fiscal goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary contact of the Company for consultation on transfer projects for P&C Shared Services (identifying and analyzing potentials).
  • Be involved in the planning and of transition projects from other locations to PH ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations industry best practices and the like while ensuring the transfers are done in a way that is best for the Companys context in the most costefficient and qualitydriven way.
  • Responsible for overseeing and running the operations and P&C services being delivered from PH Operations to the various subsidiaries it supports and ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met and reported out to stakeholders accordingly. Responsible for Strategic Operational and Technical Leadership for the teams composed of professionals with varied indepth or niche technical knowledge and abilities; consolidating their work and ensuring its quality and accuracy especially for reporting purposes.
  • This person can establish a structured way of operating the team and to analyze data and understand the financial performance of the team in order to better manage his/her operations.
  • Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct Internal Control System and all subscribed standards.
  • Acts as the people manager for the associates and team leads delivering the existing services (Ex: Payroll and timekeeping services for 2 subsidiaries in the PH compensation and benefits Employee requests Learning Management System or regulatory training) ensuring compliance with SLAs and fulfilling the administrative tasks that go along with it. All future services related to P&C will also be under the management of this role.
  • Continue to improve and work on the People & Culture processes with the Global Process Owner to enhance efficiency and the quality of work delivered.
  • Address concerns of internal P&C counterparts/internal P&C service customers and collaborate with them to effectively execute services from the delivery center
  • Manage strategic planning initiatives changes governance infrastructure and risk management Others






Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Psychology Human Resources or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • 20 years of progressive experience in all facets of Human Resources including Shared Services and Process Transitions.
  • Proven track record in leading HR finance migrations and collaborating with global teams.
  • Experience in working with diverse stakeholders including senior HR and Directors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with global stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • A pioneering spirit and willingness to build nurture and develop a young P&C Services organization.
  • At least 10 years of proven extensive experience in a Human Resources (P&C) delivery role from a Multinational Company Payroll Compensation & Benefits etc..
  • Have managed a team of at least 50
  • Strong knowledge of P&Crelated regulations compliance legal considerations and internal controls.
  • Extensive knowledge and ability to give guidance on Payroll operations (especially local PH Payroll rules and regulations) is a must.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP PeopleSoft or any HRrelated ERP system).
  • Business English stakeholder management and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and Clevel management colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa then go on hybrid after 6 months to a year depending on the need.
