Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a key role in sourcing top talent in Australia building relationships with candidates and support a seamless hiring process. You ll work across various industries including ICT Government and Professional Services in a fastpaced and supportive team setting.
- Source top talent leveraging job boards social media and networking to identify highpotential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Support the endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing to placement.
- Leverage sales techniques such as cold calling networking relationshipbuilding and consultative selling to
- attract and engage top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the team and recruitment leads to achieve recruitment and sales targets.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach.
- Willingness to continue developing within the recruitment industry.
- Experience in Recruitment Sourcing preferably in the Australian Market.
- Experience in government or ICT recruitment is highly regarded.
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: Onsite/Hybrid/WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST 07:00 AM 04:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements/Skills needed: Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields. Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the Australian market for blue-collar roles. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Good business acumen, highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team. Experienced in various ATS tools or job boards such as JobAdder, Seek, LiveHire, Career Builder, Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other similar tools. Excellent ability to sell the role to the candidates and present the candidates to the clients. Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a very strong ability to lead, and work as part of a team. Strong customer service and presentation skills. Pleasant personality, and a strong ability to create rapport.
