The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Head of Commerce Streamingyou will guide the financial planning performance analytics and business storytelling that power our shoppable streaming commerce ecosystem.
- Youll be instrumental in shaping how we invest in content scale our commerce strategy and drive sustained profitable growth. If youre a strategic thinker with a passion for unlocking value through data leadership and crossfunctional executionwe want you on our team.
- You will also be a key liaison between Finance Content Merchandising and MarketingowningMonthly Business Reviews (MBRs)CFOlevel presentations andexecutive financial updates and leading a highperforming analytics team that supports databacked decisionmaking across the business.

Your Impact
- Revenue Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Lead financial modeling and forecasting processes to evaluate the impact of content programming pricing and promotional strategies. Guide content investment decisions and inform strategic growth planning through datadriven revenue simulations.
- Executive Storytelling & Financial Reporting: Lead monthly MBRs leadership presentations and CFOlevel updates. Create compelling narratives that translate performance data into insights for fullfunnel KPIs including content Return on investment conversion and margin contribution.
- Strategic Planning & CrossFunctional Alignment: Collaborate with Finance Merchandising and Content teams to develop financial strategies that support growth targets improve assortment and inform pricing decisions. Ensure plans align with both shortterm performance goals and longterm corporate goals.
- Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate a team of analysts promoting a culture of collaboration accountability and analytical excellence. Empower the team to lead commercial impact through reporting innovation and strategic insights.
- Reporting Automation & Tool Optimization: Improve financial reporting processes by enhancing forecasting models automating data workflows and evolving visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI SQL). Guide efficiency in performance tracking and commercial planning.
- InsightLed Decision Support: Support content promotional and merchandising strategies with databacked insights. Develop dynamic pricing models and promotional effectiveness frameworks to maximize revenue and customer value.

What You Bring
- 8 years of experience in commercial planning financial modeling or business strategy in an eCommerce or omnichannel retail environment.
- Experience developing pricing promotional and revenue optimization strategies.
- Experience managing highimpact programs at the intersection of content commerce and finance.
- Experience managing a finance or business strategy team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred
- Deep expertise infinancial modeling revenue forecasting and pricing strategy with experience in FP&A and strategic planning for an eCommerce or retail business.
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic narratives that influence senior leadership decisions.
- Strong track record of leadingexecutivelevel presentations(MBRs CFO updates board decks) and driving strategic alignment across Finance Content and Commercial teams.
- Experience leading highperforming teams in fastpaced crossfunctional environments.
- Advanced proficiency indata visualization (Tableau Power BI) SQL and financial planning tools.
- Strong understanding ofeCommerce KPIs digital content monetization promotional mechanics and growth modeling.
