Job Description

What we want:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultoriented Manager Government Business to lead and grow our engagements with various government departments PSUs and allied institutions. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing RFPs/tenders and developing longterm strategic relationships in the public sector.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
5 10 years of experience in selling to the public sector or managing government business verticals.
Strong understanding of government procurement GeM and eTendering platforms.
Experience in digital marketing SaaS adtech or IT solutions preferred.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
High integrity selfmotivated and ability to work independently.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. CRM Expertise: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to track leads, deals, and progress. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. .
