Job Summary: The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales of petroleum products focusing on industrial and commercial clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the downstream oil and gas market capable of developing and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with key customers and partners in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Conduct regular client meetings presentations and negotiations to secure new deals.
- Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through cold calls emails networking and industry events.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Lead negotiations and prepare contracts tailored to client needs and company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate deal closure coordinating with legal and finance teams when necessary.
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and market analyses for management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align on sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the oil and gas industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
