- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Education
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in retail visual merchandising, store design, or furniture retail.
