As the Director Customer Acquisition Retail (f/m/x) you will lead plan and grow all customer acquisition activities for Autohero across Europe. You will oversee a team of talented professionals driving performance across key online and offline channels including Paid & Organic Search YouTube TV Radio and many more channels. This is a handson leadership role where you will combine strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver measurable business results.

Define and execute a comprehensive paid and organic customer acquisition strategy to drive growth and profitability across all markets ensuring every marketing investment delivers measurable ROI
Leverage advanced analytics and statistical methodologies to optimize campaigns uncover new opportunities and identify growth potential across all channels
Collaborate closely with Customer Journey Product Development and other teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals ensuring seamless integration and
Stay ahead of market trends competitive dynamics and customer behavior to inform and refine marketing strategies
Build and develop a highperforming team by fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented culture mentoring team members and enabling them to grow into future leaders
Explore and scale emerging channels such as influencer marketing and referral programs while maintaining a focus on performance and business impact
Proven expertise in leading customer acquisition initiatives across both online (e.g. SEM social media SEO) and offline (e.g. TV radio) channels with a focus on measurable business outcomes
Strong datadriven decisionmaking skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
Creative and innovative thinker skilled in testing new ideas uncovering opportunities and driving continuous improvement
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing highperforming teams fostering collaboration accountability and professional growth
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to align strategies and build strong relationships across teams
Adaptable and resultsoriented thriving in dynamic fastpaced environments while maintaining a focus on and business goals
Familiarity with the automotive market is a plus but a strong understanding of market dynamics customer behavior and competitive landscapes is essential
