What You Will Do:

Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting daytoday operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate wellorganized effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

As a Senior Consultant your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting compliance and operational testing of consumer finance companies across originations and servicing

• Conducting onsite due diligence and ongoing servicer assessments

• Evaluating operational compliance with regulatory requirements

• Working with clients to track and progress compliance issues through the remediation process

• Preparing client deliverables including reports workbooks etc.

• Maintaining regulatory requirements inventory and create related compliance tests

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in an audit consulting or compliance function with some exposure to the consumer finance industry (Mortgage Credit Card Auto Unsecured Lending and/or Student)
• Proficient computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Power Point Outlook and SharePoint
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work on and split time across multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to prioritize effectively take initiative and be comfortable working independently with minimal direction
• Ability to oversee and review the work of others
• Ability to think critically identify root causes and problemsolve
• Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Indepth knowledge of consumer finance laws regulations and compliance requirements

• Consulting firm experience

• SQL (querying) experience

• Proficiency with Snowflake or SQL Server
