As the People Business Partner for our Operations team at our Suwanee Georgia distribution center you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive and thriving workplace culture. Youll be a trusted advisor and handson resource guiding employee relations with confidence and independence. As an active member of the Operations Leadership Team youll collaborate with leaders to develop mentor and empower 200 team members. Success in this role comes from blending your business acumen with HR expertise embracing curiosity and finding joy in problemsolving. By fostering a highperforming peoplefirst culture youll directly influence operational efficiency employee retention and overall business success. You believe meaningful change is possible through thoughtful effortand you have the results to prove it.
Partner and Advise: Serve as a trusted consultant for leaders and team members offering guidance on company values programs (including benefits pay and salary) and policies to ensure consistent and timely application.
Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with business leaders key stakeholders and colleagues across the People Team driving collaboration and alignment on impactful initiatives.
Drive Retention: Lead retention strategies alongside Operations leadership and collaborate with other People leaders to share and implement best practices.
Coach and Develop: Provide thoughtful coaching to leaders helping them assess talent objectively and support the growth of their teams within the distribution center.
Solve Proactively: Identify Peoplerelated challenges collaborate with the Regional Director of People and Operations leaders to develop strategic solutions and implement effective action plans.
Lead with Trust: Establish credibility with stakeholders through responsiveness sound counsel and a commitment to accessibility.
Communicate Peoplerelated procedures programs and benefits while ensuring compliance with federal state and local employment laws.
Guide leaders through complex employee relations matters including conducting internal investigations audits and the corrective action process while ensuring consistent and fair outcomes.
Partner with Operations leadership to oversee performance management providing support in developing highperforming teams.
Support leadership development through stretch assignments and continuous talentbuilding initiatives.
Complete Peoplerelated administrative tasks as needed such as managing HR metrics workers compensation claims and ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.
Masterful Relationship Builder: Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across all levels from leaders to individual contributors and hourly team members.
HR Expertise: 5 years of human resources experience at a business partner level or above with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Employee Relations Leader: Proven success in managing employee relations in a fastpaced highvolume operations environment.
Confidential and Adaptable: Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion work independently under pressure and thrive amid ambiguity.
Developer of Talent: Experience coaching hourly employees and firstlevel supervisors fostering leadership development and succession planning.
Track Record of Success: A history of professional growth and leadership reflecting your commitment to excellence.
