Our client is expanding their Workers Compensation department and seeking to add a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor to their Inland Empire claims operation. This position would be responsible for supervising a team of Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters overseeing a public entity account. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of California Workers Compensation laws and statutes including Labor Code 4850. This role is remote with occasional travel to the claims office

  • Supervise Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters handling minor to complex indemnity claims
  • Approve reserves and settlements with injured workers
  • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department Best Practices.

Requirements:

  • 57 years of experience handling Workers Compensation claims.
  • Experience handling public entity accounts / Labor Code 4850
  • Need to be wellversed in California Workers Compensation Law.
  • 1 years of Claims Supervisor experience preferred
  • SelfInsured Certificate (SIP)
  • High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.

Salary/Benefits:

  • $58.00/hr per hour
  • Opportunity to work remotely
  • Opportunities to become fulltime permanent
