In this Senior Consultant role you will:
- Deliver Personal Everyday Banking campaigns/programs to target and within allocated budgets.
- Ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs to support our customers through planned delivery cycles and agreed dates.
- Run and manage squad cadences including spring planning team standups and backlog grooming.
- Manage the integration and prioritisation of marketing delivery with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure successful programs launched for frontline colleagues.
- Develop and manage 90 day and Yearly delivery calendar monthly performance updates Marketing approval process and gotomarket plans.
What you will bring:
- Proven and extensive marketing experience particularly within a complex data environment and preferably from financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in endtoend delivery of personalised communications and below the line campaigns.
- A commercial mindset with exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence outcomes and delivery.
- Strong understanding of customer life cycle management
- Highly organised and analytical eye
