Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead our platform for developing web components. The ideal candidate will oversee a program responsible for producing UI components for a design system used by consuming teams who develop products for GE Healthcare. The Program Manager will own the responsibility for the entire program ensuring seamless and delivery. The role also involves creating detailed documentation of healthcare development practices ensuring traceability from initial requirements through to verification results and final delivery. Job Description
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:Lead the program from inception to completion ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Program Ownership:Own the responsibility for the entire program ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
Quality Assurance:Ensure the program meets quality standards and requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders providing updates and addressing concerns.
Collaboration with Product Owner:Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the program aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
Scrum Master Duties:Facilitate agile practices conduct scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives) and remove impediments to the teams progress.
QMS Documentation:Develop and maintain comprehensive QMS documentation in collaboration with the architect and other stakeholders including:
Software Development Plan (SDP):Outline the technical and managerial processes necessary to deliver the program requirements.
Verification Plan:Define the methods and criteria for verifying program deliverables.
Risk and Cybersecurity Plan:Identify and mitigate risks including cybersecurity threats.
Configuration Management:Manage program configurations and changes.
Version Control Strategy:Implement and oversee version control processes.
Infrastructure Plan:Plan and manage the programs infrastructure requirements.
Traceability:Ensure documentation includes traceability from requirements to verification results and final delivery.
Review and Approvals:Responsible for obtaining reviews and approvals from stakeholders for all QMS documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 14 years of proven experience in program management particularly in web development.
Skills:Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.
Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with web components JavaScript frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).
Preferred Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
