We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic this role you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our property providing vital support to the Property Manager and ensuring that our tenants receive exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills exhibit a proactive approach to solving problems and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in the leasing process manage tenant inquiries and help maintain the property to uphold our high standards of living. Additionally you will be involved in various administrative tasks ensuring that all resident communications are timely and effective. By assisting with the management of budgets and operational expenditures you will help contribute to the overall financial health of the property. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management operations
  • Help with the leasing process including showing available units and processing applications
  • Manage tenant communications addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance and repair needs
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and service providers
  • Oversee community events and resident engagement initiatives to foster a positive living environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
