This is a remote position.
Compensation: Commissionbased 5 per sale and/or successful placement)
Overview: Were seeking resourceful Talent Sourcers to post jobs daily and source qualified candidates. In addition to sourcing talent you will also operate as a Virtual Customer Support Representative to handle inbound inquiries questions and requests from our users. You ll play a critical role in growing our talent pipeline by generating leads and signups and the growth of the company.
Responsibilities :
Edit and post new remote tech jobs daily across various job boards
Attract and source candidates via social media groups and sourcing tools
Drive qualified candidate signups to Shtudy s platform
Handle customer support tickets and inquiries from the users of Shtudys software platform.
Ideal For : Selfmotivated highenergy individuals familiar with sourcing LinkedIn and online job communities.
Growth Milestones:
Target: Source candidates that lead to 1020 paying customer and/or successful placement per month.
Incentive: If they consistently hit the target for 3 months they will be eligible to increase their commission to 10 (from 5.
Target: Resolve 150200 support tickets per month maintaining a 90 customer satisfaction rate.
Additional Incentive: After 6 months of consistent results eligible for a discussion about transitioning to a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a Customer Support Manager position with a base salary of $40000$50000/year commission.
Job Requirements: Open to candidates of all experience levels, from junior to seasoned professionals. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of network security, encryption, authentication, and access control. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners. Hands-on experience with incident response, risk assessment, and forensic analysis is a plus. Good knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Nice to have: Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or OSCP.
