Your Mission
As Mercell enters its next phase of growth were strengthening our HR team with an HR Operations Partner to help enhance and streamline HR processes across Sweden Finland and the Balticsensuring efficient compliant and peoplecentered HR support. In this role youll be part of the HR Operations team and contribute to a broader HR function that also includes recruitment and internal communication. Crossfunctional collaboration is a natural and essential part of how we work.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across Sweden Finland and the Baltics while ensuring accurate employee data and compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

  • Serve as the HR point of contact for Swedens unionrelated matters including negotiations consultations and coordination fostering effective communication and collaboration.

  • Respond to employee questions and support confidential employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.

  • Monitor labor law developments in Sweden and Finland sharing relevant updates with the HR team and applying insights to enhance compliance and HR practices.

  • Collaborate on regional HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving systems (e.g. HiBob Oneflow) processes compliance and employee engagement.

Who you are

  • You bring experience across the employee lifecycle and can confidently navigate HR compliance and labor laws in multiple countriesespecially Sweden Finland and ideally the Baltics.

  • Youre comfortable with HR tech and digital tools (experience with HiBob is a bonus) and you enjoy optimizing processes to make them more efficient and userfriendly.

  • Youre proactive detailoriented and adaptablecapable of both structured work and dynamic problemsolving in evolving environments.

  • You communicate clearly and practically making HR topics accessible for employees and managers while supporting a positive multicultural workplace.

  • Youre confident dealing with unions and legal frameworks and are eager to learn and grow your expertise across different legal systems.

Duration: Full time permanent
